The title says it all. I have rebuilt my site. I absolutely love the new design and ease of use. This is something that I have been wanting to do for a while now. I really wanted a site that is easy to blog with and doesn’t have a lot of unnecessary bloat. This absolutely does that.

The latter shall be greater reinventing yourself. No words have ever sounded so true and so meaningful to me as they do right now. I have been longing to blog for a very long time, and it feels good to be able to do it once again. The new site has made it so much easier.

I am using AI for site management and optimisation, but the content is still me my thoughts, putting them out there. AI doesn’t make us better so much as it helps us achieve things we never thought were possible. The site is built with Astro and MDX. I’ve automated the pipeline so that voice recordings get transcribed and dropped into the markdown; a script asks me for the title, I give it one, and from the title and content it pulls the tags for the blog post. Easy, fast, efficient.

2026 has started pretty well. A lot of changes in my life, a lot of new vibes. As they say, the latter shall be greater and right now that’s how it feels. I’m running faster, feeling stronger. I have two kids now and everything is going well. Truly excited and blessed. I hope this new chapter will be a great one.

On top of my normal running stuff, I will start sharing about my mountain biking journey. I actually rode my very first mountain bike trail late 2025. A week before my second child was born.

So lots of change in 2026 but all is good. Let’s go.
